The report flags significant changes (like a competitor gaining 20+ reviews in a month or jumping 3+ ranking positions). You'll see it highlighted so you can decide whether to respond — by increasing your review request frequency, adjusting your Google Ads, or updating your SEO strategy.
The default tracking covers competitors in your service area. If you want to monitor a competitor in an adjacent market (for example, if you're expanding), let us know and we'll add them.
